We recommend that you always have your measurements taken by our professionals first. Boots with a standard size chart can be ordered online from our official Petrie dealers. Custom boots cannot be ordered online.
|How do I know my sizes?|
|What is the estimated delivery time of my custom riding boots?|
For custom-made boots, we aim for a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. Depending also on shipping.
|Can I have my boots made-to-measure?|
Our ‘Customize Your Boots models’ can be fully made-to-measure and customized. For a professional measurement, please always visit our official Petrie dealers.
|How do I ensure sweat and dirt affecting my boots as little as possible?|
Proper maintenance and care of your riding boots is very important for a lifetime of riding pleasure. Read all about leather care and our boot care set on our Bootcare page.
|Can I apply all available leather styles to my design?|
|My boots are damaged. What should I do now?|
For product damage within 1 year you can contact the retailer where you bought your boots. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the boot will then be returned to us. Zippers, scratches, damage caused by your own actions, or wear and tear from riding can mostly be repaired at your local shoemaker.
|What is the warranty for my purchased boots?|
If the boots are officially purchased through a Petrie dealer, a warranty period of 1 year applies. Read our warranty conditions here.
|How do I qualify as a Petrie ambassador?|
We are not currently looking for new members to join our ambassador team. If we are interested in a collaboration, we will contact you on our own initiative.
