Our riders
Dinja van Liere

As a young girl, Dinja van Liere (1990) received a ten-ride card for the riding school in Wolphaersdijk from her grandfather. From that moment on, she was hooked. Together with Hermès she became a fixture in the world’s top ranks: Dutch Champion in 2022 and 2024, double bronze medallist at the 2022 World Championships in Herning and fourth in the freestyle at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Today she is building a new top partnership with the young stallion Mauro Turfhorst N.O.P.T., with whom she competed at the 2026 World Championships in Aachen, where the Dutch team secured its Olympic qualification.

An eventful year

2021 was Dinja’s year. Emotional, but a big step on the road to success: “With Haute Couture and Hermès I had two super horses and I wanted to ride them at the top of the sport. We are looking for the competition and that has worked out very well. I’m just better when it comes down to something important. I don’t freeze, don’t slam shut quickly and I don’t have any nerves. In Rieky Young I also have a real top coach. She also tells me to just focus on my horse, nothing else matters.”
